ghosttown by K. E. Pleshinger is a drama/horror play following Nessa Poole, as she attends her own funeral as a ghost, confronting the harsh truths of her own life from the other side. Watching her family and friends mourn her, Nessa is forced to face the concept that perhaps no one truly knew her… or at least, not the version she wanted them to. All the while, a menacing force is looming, ever-chasing Nessa from the shadows, desperate for her to admit something she’s been avoiding… something about her own death. An ensemble production written and directed by K. E. Pleshinger, ghosttown is about the masks we put on, for the ones we love, for the ones we don’t, and for ourselves. Trigger warning for discussions of suicide, death, trauma, car accidents, and flashing lights. Source
