LA Theatre Bite Award 2023 Winner – Ellen Den Herder and Lois Neville are two people who have worked tirelessly to help grow Los Angeles theatre. Not only have they been focused on growth but also fostering more equitable representation amongst genders, sexual identities and ethnic backgrounds. They take great care in the Hollywood Fringe Festival and how it influences the theatre culture surrounding it.

I have seen Ellen and Lois make sacrifice after sacrifice to push this festival. The passion, joy and wisdom they have brought to Los Angeles theatre at large cannot be understated. They are so deserving of this accolade and their continued recognition for the work they do.
