World Premiere: Right @ Whitefire Theatre – Review

The Whitefire Theatre is proud to present a new drama, RIGHT, written and produced by Darryl Vinyard and directed by Bryan Rasmussen. Carter and Jenna believe their five-year-old nephew, who recently had measles, infected a 6-month-old girl, leaving her with severe, lifetime disabilities. Carter’s brother Jake, and his wife Aubrey, are anti-vaxxers who deny any responsibility. When Carter and Jenna announce they are expecting, they demand that Jake and Aubrey vaccinate their son, or they won’t be allowed to see the newborn. Jake and Aubrey insist they won’t put “that poison” into their son. When tensions rise, the brothers fight. Blood is spilled, and the two once-close families may forever be torn apart. Which side are you on? The cast features the talents of Gloria Ines (Jenna), Eric Keitel (Carter), Sara Maraffino (Aubrey), and Mitch Rosander (Jake). The production team includes Jeff G. Rack (Scene Design), Derrick McDaniel (Lighting Design), Michael Mullen (Costume Design) and Mitch Rosander (Production Manager/Sound Design). Source
